Nigeria's natural gas exports rose 19% year-on-year to 733,778 million standard cubic feet (MMSCF) in the first eight months of 2026, according to the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC). The increase reflects higher volumes of gas shipped to international markets over the period.
